i FOUND it!

After doing some research, K decided to use Benjamin Moore paint or more specifically, the Eco-Spec variety. Because I painted and re-painted several rooms, I was thankful that this stuff was so low odor. I mean like, freakishly low-odor. Also, the paint is fantastic. The Eco-Spec only comes in gallons and cannot be used for really saturated colours, but it's definitely worth a consideration.
